Using KickStart
KickStart Jobs connects 16–18 year olds with entry-level jobs via short video pitches. By using the platform you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 and legally able to work in the UK.
Candidates
Be honest in your profile and video. Your video is shown only to employers you apply to. Don’t share other people’s personal data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or outcomes.
Employers
You get access to candidate profiles and video pitches solely for considering applications to your roles. Do not download, redistribute, or use candidate data for any other purpose. Credits and subscriptions are per-company, non-transferable, and per our pricing page. Placement finder fees, where agreed, are invoiced per the fee schedule.
Job content
Some listings are aggregated from public job boards and government sources. We display them in good faith with attribution; we don’t guarantee accuracy, availability, or that a listing is still open. Report problems via the feedback button.
Acceptable use
No scraping our data, no harassment, no illegal content, no uploading content you don’t own. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, hiring decisions, or third-party job content. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
